Snoop Dogg and DJ Drama Drop Brand New Mixtape
Snoop Dogg has teamed up with DJ Drama to release a new mixtape, titled 'Gangsta Grillz: I Still Got It,' today.
The new project features 13 songs on the track list, with the likes of Trinidad James and Juicy J assisting Snoop and Drama.
The mixtape has been released under the 'Death Row records,' label, which Snoop Dogg purchased earlier in 2022.
Snoop and Drama first announced the mixtape had dropped on Twitter Thursday.
Some of the West coast label's best new talents also appear on the mix, with singers Jane Handcock and October London featuring.
The record has some serious West coast vibes, perfect for cruising Compton and its surroundings.
This sound comes courtesy of producers like Rick rock, Nick Papz, Hollywood Cole and the legendary Don Cannon.
Snoop Dogg also has a hand in production, operating under his Dr. Bombay alias.

The OG rapper is of course, the main attraction to listeners of the new tape, its title a reminder that the 51 year-old has still got game when it comes to the hip hop genre.
Snoop and Dj Drama have worked together on a number of projects previously so they were no strangers to each other when collaborating on this one.
The fact that the duo were working on the tape first became public knowledge when Snoop and mixtape legend Drama shared a screenshot of them on a FaceTime call on social media last month.
The project is snoop Dogg's second compilation of the year after he released his album 'Bacc On Death Row,' last February.
The album was Snoop's whopping 19th studio project, and had features from hip hop heavyweights such as Nas and Da Baby.
The West coast star also announced that he's currently working on a new album alongside long-time collaborator Dr. Dre.
The album will be titled 'Missionary,' and is due to finished this coming November.

The new mixtape drops just three days after Snoop Dogg dropped his video for 'Crip Ya enthusiasm,' a comedic track based on the soundtrack(and perhaps attitude of Larry David's TV series 'Curb Your Enthusiasm.'
'Gangsta Grillz: I Still Got It,' is the latest in a long line of Gangsta Grillz projects from DJ Drama.
Previous iterations of the mixtape series have seen Drama work with J. Cole and Jim Jones. Rap fans are now awaiting projects the superstar DJ has been working on with Jeezy as well as Torey Lanez.
