Puma and Ferrari Collaborate on Formula 1 Replica Boots

Sportswear brand Puma has joined forces with the Scuderia Ferrari Formula 1 Team to produce a new replica footwear collection.

The new ‘Scuderia Ferrari Speedcat Pro Replica Edition’ will put wearers in the shoes of Ferrari F1 drivers Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz according to a statement released by Puma today, 19th November.

The collaboration will see replica versions of the Speedcat Pro Replica Edition like the footwear worn by Leclerc and Sainz in the 2022 Formula 1 season go on sale from Saturday.

Formula 1 fans who get their hands on these boots will get a real Grand Prix feel thanks to authentic features that the two different versions of the footwear that have been produced.

The shoes will be coloured black with yellow accents for the Carlos Sainz version while the Charles Leclerc iteration will feature white accents.

The driving number of each driver will appear on either version while the distinctive Ferrari logo will be branded on both alongside Puma’s branding.

The statement says the shoes are designed for speed, protection and comfort.

“ For the very first time PUMA together with Scuderia Ferrari is offering the driver shoe of Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz - the Speedcat Pro Replica Edition - on sale. The boot is featuring the same sleek lines, premium materials, and authentic team branding as the version used during the 2022 Grand Prix season. What’s more, just like the Ferrari F1-75 piloted by Charles and Carlos during the 2022 Formula One World Championship, the Scuderia Ferrari Speedcat Pro Replica Edition utilities custom designed carbon fiber pieces - around the heel - to provide maximum stability. A low-profile rubber outsole and the EVA wedge keeps the shoe light and nimble,” the statement on the Puma website said.

“Colored in black with distinctive red PUMA branding and yellow accents for the Carlos Sainz Edition and white accents for the Charles Leclerc Edition , the Scuderia Ferrari Speedcat Pro Replica Edition also proudly displays the famous Ferrari Cavallino shield, as well as the race numbers 16 and 55 belonging to Charles and Carlos.”

The new joint releases will available on both the websites of Puma as well as Ferrari as well as official retail stores of either brand.
