Nefise's mother, Güner Karatay, always spoke her mind when it came to her daughter. She didn't hold back her disapproval of her daughter's cosmetic surgeries. 'Your lips look a bit better now, slightly less swollen. Those puffy lips are gone. You used to have a mustache. We were embarrassed in the early days of Survivor. What kind of face was that?
