International Students from Seven Nations Try Viral Alphabet Challenge in Native Tongues

Studying abroad isn’t just about settling into a new city. It also gives you the chance to experience different cultures firsthand, sharing a home and conversations with people from all over the world. In places where different languages and scripts come together, those differences can lead to some hilarious moments.

A student studying abroad made a video with friends from Argentina, Sweden, France, Italy, Thailand, Croatia, and Brazil. They each took turns reciting their alphabet. The Thai student’s seemingly endless alphabet had everyone—friends and viewers alike—in stitches.
