According to a report by Burak Taşcı from NTV, the travel company's criteria primarily include age and general rules of conduct. Applicants are required to be between the ages of 30 and 55 and must absolutely be non-smokers. The company, aiming to prioritize passenger safety, has made it clear that there will be zero tolerance for the use of mobile phones while behind the wheel.
Those applying for the driver positions must have a clean criminal record, with no outstanding debts or legal issues. Furthermore, it's crucial that they have not been involved in any fatal or injury-causing accidents in the past and that their traffic penalty points remain under 40. On the professional side, experience at bus terminals, known as 'platform experience', is a requirement. The job posting is initially limited regionally; only applications from those residing in Istanbul, Izmir, and Mersin are being accepted. In addition to all these points, candidates are also obliged to provide a comprehensive health report.
