Find Out Which Sci-fi Thriller Film Premieres Tomorrow on Hulu

Are you in the mood for watching something spooky this weekend? Hulu is adding the sci-fi thriller movie Multiverse (2021) to its back catalogue on Saturday, March 12, and its storyline is as weird as its name. 

Even if you don’t believe in multiverses, this movie will get you believing that there are other yous out there who could be sinister or just as good.

Four college students, Amy, Danny, Gerry and Loretta, are on the verge of a great discovery in quantum physics to prove that multiverses exist. In a bid to complete the experiment, tragedy strikes when Loretta succumbs in a grisly car accident. 

However, five months later, when the three remaining colleagues strive to move on with their lives and forget the work they'd begun, Loretta surprisingly returns. She's brisking with life, completely unaware that she was dead for months. The trio is awed and wonders if they'd lost their collective minds, but they soon come face to face with their doubles seemingly from the multiverse. Things get violent and messy as the students discover that only one version of them can exist in the present universe.

The film’s top cast consists of Paloma Kwiatkowski as Loretta, Sandra Mae Frank as Amy, Robert Naylor as Danny, Munro Chambers as Gerry and Marlee Matlin as Dierdre. 

The 2021 sci-fi thriller is executive produced by Andrew Chang-Sang, Jessica Labi, Racheal Forbes and William G. Santor. It is co-produced by Bev Bliss and Jason Ross Jallet, while Doug Taylor serves as the screenwriter and Gaurav Seth as the director.

In my opinion, Multiverse is an underrated sci-fi film that deserves more credit. It is unique, its awe-inspiring scenes will hook you and let's not forget its mind-blowing ending. Just watch its trailer video below:
