In his youth, he formed an orchestra and performed amateurishly at a nearby wedding hall.

The Birth of "Siyah Örümcekler" - A Musical Journey from High School to Stardom

During high school, his band composed and played music inspired by the verses of renowned Turkish poets such as Pir Sultan and Karacaoğlan. It was during his high school years that he released his debut album titled 'Kendim Ettim Kendim Buldum' (I Did It Myself, I Found Myself). This album marked the beginning of his musical journey under the band name 'Siyah Örümcekler' (The Black Spiders) and saw two different releases, one titled 'Siyah Örümcekler-Gaziantep Orkestrası' (The Black Spiders-Gaziantep Orchestra) and the other 'Edip Akbayram ve Siyah Örümcekler' (Edip Akbayram and The Black Spiders). Gaziantep was where it all began, but soon after, Adana became his second home as he started performing at a venue called 'Beyaz Saray' (White Palace).
