Drake Celebrates His 36th Birthday in Style in Miami Club

Rap star Drake celebrated his 36th birthday in style in Miami on Monday evening.

The Toronto native partied at Sexy Fish club in Miami, where he marked his birthday along with a host of big names.

The 6God's bash saw the star give those in attendance the chance to win some fantastic gifts in a raffle competition.

Among the prizes, were $5,000 gift cards, a Rolex watch, expensive designer bags and $10,000 in straight cash.

Some of the celebrities and musicians to attend the big party were DJ Khaled, 21 Savage, Lil Baby and Chaney Jones.

Some of the stars from 'Love Island' also made an appearance, namely Emily Sach and Genevieve Shawcross.

Novelty cash adorned with the face of Drake was put into circulation amongst the partygoers, titled 'Drake Bucks.'

The famous 'Sexy Fish' venue also honoured the Canadian rapper by changing its name to 'Sexy Gyal,' for the night.

Images and videos of the night circulated on social media, with many celebrities wishing Drizzy a happy birthday.

One video shows the star celebrating with a drink after attendees sing him 'Happy Birthday.'

The US-based fast food chain, Dave's Hot Chicken, also gave out free food to some customers in honour of Drake's birthday.

The chain, which was named America's fastest growing restaurant in May of this year, was invested in by Drake after he tried the food and said it was 'amazing,'

As part of its 'Don't Die Before You Try It' advertising campaign, the fast food restaurant celebrated Drake's 36th year on earth by giving out free Dave's Hot Chicken Sliders and Tenders yesterday.

The celebration comes fresh off the back of Drake's recent show with his friend and frequent collaborator, 21 Savage.

Last week, Drake announced that the duo would be releasing a joint album this week.

The announcement was made in the form of a message interlaced in a new music video dropped by Drizzy last week.

The rapper and singer dropped the video for 'Jimmy Crooks,' from his house leaning album 'Honestly, Nevermind,' released earlier this year.

The video features Drake performing in front of a green screen while 21 Savage stands in the background.

After Drake's verse hits, a message appears on screen announcing the upcoming release of the album with 21 Savage, which will be titled 'Her Loss.'

The new project is due to drop on Friday, October the 28th.
