Deniz Akkaya, who has recently been in the spotlight due to her personal life, is now the talk of the town with an incident that left the entertainment world in shock.

According to the allegations, Akkaya left her home in Istanbul and sought help from her close friend of 30 years, Mustafa Kürşat Akcebe, revealing that she had been going through a tough time for about 20 days. In response, Akcebe opened the doors of his villa located in Maşukiye neighborhood of Kartepe district in Kocaeli to his friend, and Deniz Akkaya started staying there as a guest for a while. However, what initially seemed to be a temporary stay quickly escalated into a major crisis that would lead both parties to court.

Allegedly, following Akkaya's move into the villa, there were occasional bouts of tension within the household.

Allegedly, following Akkaya's move into the villa, there were occasional bouts of tension within the household.

The fuse of the events was lit on the evening of June 30th. It was alleged that Deniz Akkaya, for reasons yet to be disclosed, escalated an argument, physically assaulted her landlord Mustafa Kürşat Akcebe, and caused a disturbance in the house. Upon receiving a complaint, police arrived at the scene, and Akkaya was taken to the station for questioning. After being released, the famous personality made her way to the courthouse, where she made a different claim. Akkaya asserted that she had rented the villa, and accused the landlord of using illicit substances and creating a ruckus, subsequently obtaining a restraining order against him. In response, Akcebe refuted all allegations, arguing that there was no rental agreement in place, that Deniz Akkaya was merely a guest, and that he had not allowed her into his home.

The real crisis, however, unfolded after leaving the police station. Allegedly, Deniz Akkaya left the courthouse before the homeowners and returned to the villa in Kartepe, securing the door from the inside.

According to a report by Furkan Çalışkan, the property owners who arrived at the house were unable to gain entry and consequently called the police again. In response to this, the Public Prosecutor's Office stepped in and issued an arrest and eviction order for the violation of 'home inviolability'. Following the prosecutor's decision, police teams entered the villa and escorted Deniz Akkaya out of the house and back to the police station. Thus, Akkaya found herself facing the police for the second time in a single day, marking the official commencement of the legal process against her.

After the eviction, Mustafa Kürşat Akcebe, who was able to re-enter his home, expressed his deep sorrow over the incident. Akcebe, who had only opened his door to his friend of nearly 30 years because she was in a difficult situation, stated that he did not want things to escalate to this point. 'I'm about to be reunited with my home, my children. Even saying this makes me very upset,' Akcebe said, alleging that Deniz Akkaya had re-entered the house before him after leaving the courthouse and refused to let them in. On the other hand, from Deniz Akkaya's side, it was stated that the legal process regarding the incident was ongoing, and how the investigation will conclude continues to be a matter of curiosity.

According to a report by Hakan Süer, this is how the conversation between the homeowner and Deniz Akkaya was captured on camera.

Speaking out about the threats, the landlord expressed his inability to enter his own home, urging Deniz Akkaya to vacate the premises as soon as possible. In a statement to the media, the landlord voiced his concerns, 'She threatened to kill my four-legged children that I picked up from the streets. They can expect anything from this person, she could even scatter poison everywhere.'
