İncekum Beach

At İncekum Beach, one of the most special places in Marmaris, you'll be amazed by the unbelievably clear sea. The beach is located 25 km away from the city center and can only be reached by car. Upon arrival, there is an entrance fee, and then you hop on a charming tractor-drawn trailer that takes you further into the beach. Along the way, you have the freedom to disembark wherever you like, laying down your towel and enjoying the sea. At the end of the road, you'll find the main section of the beach.

İçmeler Beach

Minibuses operate regularly, shuttling visitors from the city center to İçmeler Beach, with a travel time of around 20 minutes. While İçmeler's sea remains refreshingly cool even during the summer season, its cleanliness is maintained year-round. However, if you prefer to avoid large crowds, it's worth noting that visiting during the summer months may be slightly disappointing as the beach draws both local and international tourists, resulting in a lively and bustling atmosphere. Therefore, you might consider seeking out privately-owned beach areas instead of the public beach to enjoy a more tranquil and serene experience.

Kızkumu Beach

Kızkumu Beach

Kız Kumu Beach holds a unique place among the exceptional destinations in Marmaris, as well as in Turkey. A remarkable feature of this beach is the 600-meter pebbled road that stretches from the shore into the sea. Walking along this road gives you a surreal sensation of strolling on the water itself. Access to the beach and its surrounding area is highly convenient by car. Alternatively, you can opt for minibuses that travel from the city center to Selimiye, disembarking at Orhaniye, which is right on the shores of Kız Kumu Beach.

Bozburun Public Beach

Bozburun Public Beach

Bozburun stands out as one of the picturesque areas in Marmaris, boasting a stunning sea that captivates visitors. While the beach may not be particularly wide, the mesmerizing expanse of dark blue sea creates a truly enchanting ambiance. Bozburun Public Beach, favored by the local residents, offers a quieter atmosphere compared to the sections owned by commercial establishments along the beach. To reach Bozburun, you have the option of taking minibuses from the district center or driving by car, with an approximate travel time of 1.5 hours.

Kleopatra Beach

In order to reach Cleopatra Beach, your journey begins with a visit to Sedir Island, renowned for its remarkable natural beauty. After reaching Çamlıköy, which is located 23 km away from Marmaris, you embark on a boat that takes you to the island. Alternatively, there are regular tours available from neighboring towns like Akyaka that also offer trips to Sedir Island. Upon arrival on the island, a separate entrance fee is required to access Cleopatra Beach. As you explore the beach, you might come across officials diligently monitoring and safeguarding the unique golden-colored sands, ensuring their preservation for future visitors.
