According to a report by Sabah Newspaper, Abdurrahman Aydin has lodged a complaint with the prosecutor's office accusing his former fiancée, Biran Damla Yılmaz, of 'forgery in official documents' and 'qualified fraud'. The petition calls for an investigation into the allegations and, if deemed necessary, the submission of official documents for forensic examination.
It has been learned that the investigation related to the case, which is still at the allegation stage, will be conducted by the Istanbul Public Prosecutor's Office.

Abdurrahman Aydın has claimed that Biran Damla Yılmaz exploited their relationship in order to secure a residence permit in Germany and to gain various benefits. Allegedly, there were irregularities in official documents during this process, with different birth dates appearing on some documents purported to belong to the actress.
