At the age of 58, Çelik made the decision to transform the stone oven in his village into a pizza parlor. With the opening of his pizza oven in the garden of his village home, Çelik's fame spread to neighboring provinces. Now, customers from surrounding provinces flock to Çelik's village pizzeria. The 58-year-old master chef expressed that they struggle to keep up with the demand, especially on weekends when it's hard to find a spot.

At the age of 58, Ahmet Çelik, a resident of Ankara, returned to his village after a span of 40 years. Inheriting a house in Hanefi village, located in the Osmancık district of Çorum, Çelik decided to renovate it. Despite his relatives' skepticism, he opened a pizzeria, a venture they believed wouldn't take off. Operating a pizza shop in his village, equipped with a stone oven and a small dining area with only three tables, Çelik gradually started gaining recognition in the local community.

However, Çelik's fame wasn't confined to Çorum alone. He began to be recognized by people from surrounding provinces, including Sinop, Kastamonu, and Amasya. As the demand for his pizzas began to outstrip his ability to keep up, Çelik decided it was time to expand his shop.

Çelik, who has expressed that their visitors are highly satisfied and often return, noted that they struggle to keep up with the demand. Particularly, he mentioned that they experience a high volume of customers on weekends, saying, 'We're running out of space, so we've started to expand our dining area and arrange our garden. The demand is overwhelming.'

The village headman, Muzaffer Özüdoğru, on the other hand, pointed out that the village has become crowded since the pizzeria opened, especially experiencing a surge of visitors on weekends.
