Who is Fatih Tutak?
Fatih Tutak was born on August 31, 1985, in Istanbul. He both manages and is the head chef at the TURK Fatih Tutak restaurant, which is the only restaurant in Turkey to have two Michelin Guide Stars.
Tutak, who received his first professional training at Bolu Menge Culinary School, continued his education and work in many countries such as China, Copenhagen, and Bangkok. Fatih Tutak, who returned to Turkey in 2019, opened his first restaurant 'Turk Fatih Tutak'.
He was listed in CNN Travel's 2020 list of the world's top 20 new restaurants.
