Go Türkiye Reveals Lead Cast For Its Black Sea Series After Earlier Casting Rumors
The leading actors for the new mini-series prepared for Go Turkey have been confirmed. The project, which aims to showcase various regions of Turkey, will this time focus on the Black Sea. There were rumors that Ulaş Tuna Astepe and Deniz Baysal, who starred in 'Taşacak Bu Deniz', would be the leads. As production preparations continue, information about the cast has also emerged. The director and scriptwriter of the series, which is planned to start shooting in July, have been revealed.

Another mini-series is being added to the roster under the Go Turkey initiative.
Following projects that have previously showcased different cities and regions of Turkey, a new production is now being prepared specifically for the Black Sea region. The series has been announced under the title 'My Heart's Route is the Black Sea'. The production is being handled by Han Media, owned by Tolgahan Sayışman. The director's chair will be occupied by Ketche, while the script is being penned by Emre Kavuk. Preparations for the mini-series are ongoing, with filming expected to commence in the second week of July.
According to the information trickling in from behind the scenes, it appears that Ilhan Sen and Cemre Baysel will be sharing the leading roles in the series.
Thus, Ilhan Sen and Cemre Baysel are set to reunite once again in the same production.
The two actors have previously shared the screen. Initially, they collaborated in the series Ramo, followed by their joint role in the movie 'Aşk Filmi,' which hit the screens in 2024. Now, their paths are about to cross for the third time in the 'Go Turkey' project.
