This Photographer Turns Street Art Into Beautifully Animated GIFs!

-

Spanish artist A.L. Crego had an amazing idea: turning murals into fantastic animations! First, he takes pictures of street art and then changes them digitally by adding movement in the pictures in clever and subtle ways. His finished work presents amazing visual experiences such as a large character turning on and off a light or the windows of a building sliding sideways!

Graffiti came into existence in the 70’s in New York City when some young people began to leave their marks on the walls of the city.
