Hypersexuality, which is defined as "extremely frequent or suddenly increased sexual urges or sexual activity" in dictionaries, can be quite dangerous to one's social and professional life. Although the causes are still not known fully, it usually manifests itself as a symptom of other disorders or alongside with other disorders.

P:S: There is absolutely nothing sexist in this content. We are merely focusing on women.

This term is used for those who have excessive sexual activity and sex urges.

Although some say that certain medical applications cause hypersexuality, it is mostly now known how or why it starts.

After hypersexuality, other mental illnesses such as bipolar disorder can also present themselves.

This disorder, which is 99% seen in women and affects women's socials lives very negatively, manifests itself as an insatiable sexual hunger and strong sexual urge.

The word is of Greek origin, made up by the words Nymphe (young woman) and mania, it is the name given to the excessive amount of sexual drive, that is mostly seen in women.

The symptoms include an insatiable desire for sex or masturbating until the sexual appetite is absent.

These women can say 'yes' to every kind of man, regardless of their suitability to their type or emotions.

The strongest wives in history have also suffered from this disorder.

For example, history books say that in Ancient Rome, the wife of Tberius Claudius Caesar Augustus Germanicus, Valeria Messalina used to sleep with various men every night and even change her looks to anonymously infiltrate the common people to find partners.

A nymphomaniac ignores the pressures of society; there is only one goal for them: sleeping with a man, no matter what.

What causes nymphomania? One of the most frequent organic reasons is hormonal irregularities.

According to H. J. Stemmler and Kiel, the increase in sexual drives of the women who are treated with androgen for cancer can reach very disturbing levels.

Therefore, married  women may develop the tendency to cheat on their partners.

The neural sensitivity increases excessively and affects sexual drive. The center of the brain that is in charge of controlling sexual intercourse, partner choice and ensuring satisfaction breaks down completely.
